Ongoing Run Program
 

Whether you are looking to complete your first 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon, trail race, or you are an experienced runner, Texas Iron will help you reach your goals in a positive and hard working environment!

Built around some of the local road racing schedule, this program is structured to help you reach your true potential. Top level coaches work with you individually to improve your form and running efficiency. Results come from consistency in training through appropriate workouts, injury prevention and strengthening work. Learn from experienced and proven coaches how to run faster, smarter and with less effort.

This is a comprehensive training program designed for runners (5k - marathon) or those looking to move into the sport of running. This program features a weekly coached session (please see below), online forum at club website, and a monthly training schedule to follow outside of the group workouts.

Weekly coached workout:

  • Tuesday evening: Run workout.  Meet at the main entrance to Barton Springs Pool for a coached run workout.
